Rad Sleep is a Botanical Hot Chocolate designed to support relaxation in your mind, body & soul. Rad Sleep contains a functional blend of ingredients that not only taste amazing in our hot chocolate flavouring but work to soothe tension and calm the mind before bed.
Ingredients:
- Passionflower: A traditional herbal sedative, anxiolytic and a popular sleep aid used for the treatment of sleep disturbance.
- Skullcap: A traditional herb used to support anxiety levels, calm a restless mind and improve sleep quality.
- L-Theanine: An amino acid to support you in falling asleep with ease due to its relaxation boosting abilities. Supports lower anxiety levels and promotes relaxation.
Also contains; Solomons Gold Chocolate Dust (cacao, coconut sap sugar, cacao butter), cocoa, coconut milk powder. natural vanilla flavour.
Brewing Directions: Add 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) of Rad Sleep & 200ml of plant milk to a saucepan & bring to the boil (while stirring) over medium heat. Alternatively, add 2 tsp to a mug & fill with hot water & a splash of milk.
